Day 100 - I did it ... or WE did it (including my husband). We are looking forward to re-setting. I think everyone who has been following my journey the past 100 days knows the struggle we went through, the curve-balls and the negative/destructive emotions/feelings along with all that self-sabotage. But I stand here today truly convinced that the foot in the door 100 days ago with PFC3 has now become a part of my life. It's me fully submerged. This lifestyle surrounds me and equips me with skills I need to get my life back. I am even more grateful for this community and the friends I have made along the way.
