My relationship with food began at age 11 and for decades it was defined by restriction, guilt, and an endless cycle of dieting. I tried every program available, constantly preoccupied with what I ate and ashamed of how I looked. That shame ran so deep that I skipped both my junior and senior proms.
In my twenties, I lost 100 pounds through strict dieting, but the cost was steep. Multiple abdominal surgeries, a cascade of health complications, and years of yo-yo weight fluctuations followed. Despite doing everything I was told (eating less, exercising more) I continued to struggle with chronic infections, digestive issues, fibromyalgia, brain fog, and persistent fatigue. Nothing seemed to last.
Everything changed when I discovered the science-backed principles of blood sugar stabilization through the PFC3 program. Drawing on my background in nursing, counseling, psychology, and wound care, I realized I had a unique ability to help other women break free from the diet roller coaster while also managing chronic pain and illness so they could become the healthiest, most vibrant versions of themselves.
As a Certified PFC3 Lifestyle Coach, I guide women in making small, intentional improvements, just 1% each day, that compound into lasting, life-changing transformation.
